By purchasing, installing, or using the products sold through Qube Engineering or its affiliates, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

None of the products sold on this website have been designed, manufactured, distributed, sold, tested, endorsed or approved by American Honda Motor Co., Inc., or any other Honda affiliated company. These products are NOT Genuine Honda Parts and Accessories. These are all aftermarket parts and accessories.

Installation of these aftermarket parts and accessories may adversely affect, void or violate the terms of the warranty coverage on a vehicle. Each customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of any aftermarket parts and accessories complies with all applicable laws, rules, ordinances or regulations, including without limitation, any federal, state or local laws. Certain parts or accessories may only be used for race or off-highway purposes. Vehicles equipped with parts or accessories offered for race or offhighway purposes should never be operated on public roads. Installation of any race or off-highway part or accessory on a vehicle operated on public roads may violate applicable laws, rules, ordinances or regulations, including, but not limited to, emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. In addition, federal laws and regulations and laws in many states prohibit the removal, modification, alteration or disconnecting of any parts or elements of a vehicle's design affecting emissions or safety on vehicles intended for use on public streets or highways. Race or off-highway parts must not be installed by a dealer on a vehicle intended for use on public roads. Race or off-highway parts should not be sold or financed in conjunction with the sale of a new vehicle.

Qube Engineering shall only be held responsible for its own products and only for a period of 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Any refund or reimbursement shall be limited to the cost or the product purchased from Qube Engineering. Qube Engineering shall not be held responsible or liable for incidental, consequential, direct, indirect, or punitive damages to vehicle or other property, as well as bodily harm or death as a direct or indirect result of the purchase, use, or installation of these products.

Each consumer acknowledges and agrees that not all products are available at the time of purchase, and a consumer may experience delivery delays due to shipping and/or stock availability.
